Bag it, Don't Bin it Receives Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2023

 On 25th January 2023, Bag it, Don't Bin it was honoured with the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, a prestigious recognition of businesses that consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Feefo created the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to acknowledge brands that use their platform to collect verified customer reviews and receive outstanding feedback. These awards stand out as they accurately reflect a business's commitment to providing exceptional customer service by analysing real customer feedback.

 

Feefo, the world's largest provider of verified reviews with a client base of over 6,000 brands, helps businesses understand their customers by analysing verified reviews and providing insights into trends, needs, and behaviours.

 

In light of the current economic climate, where consumer confidence is at a historic low due to inflation and a 17.3% increase in customer complaints in H2 2022 as reported by the Institute of Customer Service, this award celebrates brands that are successfully delivering exceptional customer service despite challenging market conditions.

 

Platinum Trusted Service Awards are presented to businesses that have received a Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years. To be eligible for the Gold Trusted Service Award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 4.9 between January 1st, 2022, and December 31st, 2022.
