For the past two-weeks Team BIDBI and its little sister brand, Talented Totes, has been on road. That’ll be the road to Berlin and finally ending up in Paris! What have we been doing so far from home, we here you cry?!

Well, we didn’t get lost on the way home from Sheffield. Instead we have previewing the new Talented Totes collection at the Ethical Fashion Show in Berlin and at Who’s Next Paris. Berlin was a great experience being amongst such a pioneering group of designers, artisans and brands. There was a great sense of camaraderie, inspiration and change. Not to mention the diverse range of products on show. We were particularly taken with a range of recycled aluminium jewellery by Finnish brand Mifuko. Germany is a market we have yet to explore in all its glory before now, so it has been particularly inspiring to engage with a market already so geared towards sustainable products.
BIDBI CEO, Julia and BIDBI International Operations Manager, getting into the show spirit in Paris
Paris has been equally successful. The sun has shined none stop (a rarity from where we're from) and we have built a pile high with new contacts and sales prospects. Away from the trade fairs we have enjoyed baguettes, beer and a relaxed continental welcome.
Highlights from the trade shows include meeting with our lovely Japanese distributor; spotting our BIDBI bags (everywhere!); bringing home the sales bacon, and Julia (BIDBI CEO) being filmed by German news station RTL.Tweet
