Steve Wright of Wright Studio talks to us about his design ethos, his studio and the idea behind the recent bags we printed.

Tell us a bit about Wright Studio?

Wright Studio is an independent UK studio devoted to creating original, intelligent and memorable design across all sectors.  

Collaborating with clients to help push the boundaries of creative ideas, regardless of scale or budget.  

Offering a wealth of creative expertise, understanding and flexibility; producing work to the highest quality with value and continuity.  

Specialised in bespoke boxes, brand materials and visual identity.

What services does Wright Studio offer?

Design: Our design services include: brand materials, concept visuals, identity, motorsport livery, pop-up graphics and typographic art.

Boxes: From concept to delivery; we design, visualise and produce bespoke boxes to provide an impressive way to showcase a new product. Used by many industries; including beauty, fashion, food & drink and sports. Custom-made boxes are available in a variety of options and are easily adaptable to suit any design or budget.

Art:  We’re passionate about creating and producing unique typographic visual art to communicate announcements, messages and advertising. Offering an extensive knowledge of typography and an obsession for 50’s vintage typographic ephemera - providing bespoke design services across print, digital and apparel.

How did you come up with the idea for the bags?

The bags were created and sent alongside a limited edition Russia 2018 fixture poster & mini football created by Wright Studio as part of a self-promotion gifting mailer in time for the World Cup.  

The football themed message 'Kick It / Yes You Can' & 'World Class / Super Sub’ was picked with the intention that the bags could also be used after the World Cup (a Bag for Life), promoting the Wright Studio mantra ‘You can do it’.  

We believe anything is possible if you believe in yourself and have a positive motivation (Kick It, Yes You Can), inspiring you to be your best and have an immediate impact (World Class, Super Sub).

Bag It Don’t Bin It embodies this ethos.
