This week we hear from BIDBI customer Stentor Music, who manufacture beautiful violins and other stringed instruments.
At Stentor we manufacture & supply Musical instruments, parts and accessories. We are a family business and the company has a history going back more than 120 years. We established our wholley owned subsidiary factory in China in 1995 and we supply our Stentor Violins, Violas, Cellos and Double Basses throughout the world.
Stentor violins, violas, cellos and double basses are carved from solid tonewoods, from the initial instrument shape to the finer details. Instruments are individually thicknessed for quality of sound. We carefully control the specification and measurements of Stentor instruments at our own factory workshops to produce instruments that have the essential characteristics of good tone and consistent quality control. On all Stentor instruments, the bridge and soundpost are carefully fitted to ensure the best playability.
We exhibit at a number of trade shows both in the UK and internationally meeting with Orchestral stringed instrument teachers and music professionals. A promotional bag is useful item at a show and we chose the 5 Oz natural cotton as it is the perfect size to carry sheet music yet its good quality also makes it a great re-useable shopping bag. The quality of the bag and the screen printing was very good as was the service we received from BIDBI.
