I wanted to write this blog as I have been completely blown away by the customer service I have received. In my search for a bag supplier I have trawled the internet and I was starting to feel a little disheartened, were my expectations too high??

My list of requirement were as follows,

The bags needed to be sustainable, cost effective, organic cotton and fit in with our brand ethos; we wanted to partner with a company that cared for people as much as we did. Actually, as I write this blog I am now realising that this was a tall order.

I am so happy to report that from the moment I placed an on-line enquiry with BIDBI I was called straight away by a lovely lady called Lucy, we chatted thorough my requirements and within a matter of days I had a prototype of my bag delivered to my door. I knew straight away that this was a company I wanted to continue to do business with.

Business today is changing for the better, people are creating companies with heart and soul which can contribute to making our world a better place to live and be part of.  It is an absolute pleasure when you find another company that not only shares those values but offers the greatest customer service you’ve ever experienced.
