- Richard Robinson
My name is Richard and I am responsible for design and marketing at BIDBI. If you are a customer of ours you have probably had the pleasure or displeasure of dealing with me at some point. I recieve our customers artwork, edit if necessary, provide proofs and prepare artwork for production. I also take care of the BIDBI website ensuring content is up to date, post the weekly blog and put together the monthly newsletter. I have worked here for about 7 years and have seen BIDBI grow from a team of 4 to the 20 strong that it is now. There have been many difficult challenges along the way and I have learnt a lot about working in a small business. I enjoy the variety that this type of work brings, there is rarely a dull moment here!
In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, playing computer games (at 27 I refuse to grow out of this) and also running. I am fortunate enough to live within a ten minute walk of work, shops, gym and many pubs and I am often rightly accused of rarely leaving the Kelham Island area of Sheffield.
I work closely with most of the BIDBI team including Sarah on scheduling and the day to day running of BIDBI, our sales team who I like trying to barter coffee from, and the production team from whom I have acquired the nickname "Bob". (Not the most creative but easier to shout from a distance than Richard).

We have a wide customer base at BIDBI and this brings with it an extensive range of design submissions. From hand drawn sketches to vector graphics i try to accept as much as possible and I enjoy working with our customers to get their designs where they need to be to create an awesome print. If you have any questions regarding design please feel free to email me and I am happy to point you in the right direction.
In the coming months I will be creating lots of useful information for our customers including new brochures, artwork guides advising on the best ways to submit your designs and printing guides to showcase what we can do at BIDBI.
If you would like to hear more about what we do please follow us on the social medias Facebook Twitter Pinterest Instagram, read our weekly blogs (usually more interesting than this one) and subscribe to our monthly newsletter at the bottom of this page.Tweet
