How We Manage Your Order

We pride ourselves on going above and beyond. From your first contact to delivery, we'll be on the other end of the phone or email looking after you and making sure your cotton bag project goes without a hitch.

Sales Team

Our helpful and experienced Account Managers are on hand to help you choose the most accurate bag and print method for your project and at the best price. If you need inspiration, information, advice, or bag samples, they’ve got it covered. They are here to personalise the bag ordering experience to your needs and are dedicated to finding the best solution for your needs. We are always available on the phone if you need an update with your order, or just to talk about future bag projects.

Order Processing

Lucy and Sam are our dedicated and dynamic design duo and will help translate your artwork into a print ready design. They mock up your artwork onto your preferred bag style for you to sign off before we go to print. Once you've given our sales team the 'go ahead', your order is processed and we'll finalise payment. We don't start printing until artwork approval has been recieved and payment has been made, which enables us to ensure the smooth running of your printed bag project.

Our design team pride themselves on ensuring that every design looks its best before going to print, and we endeavour to suggest ways of improving your artwork. We are here to help so if you have any questions just give us a call or email sam@bidbi.co.uk

Printing

Our onsite Eco-Print Factory is the next step for your order. Our Master Printers will firstly prepare the screens for your artwork or print off the transfer paper if you opt for a digital print. Our print machines are calibrated at the beginning of every print run to ensure that they are set specifically to each job requirement. Our Master Printers will print using ISO 14001 textile inks that have been mixed to a special Pantone recipe for your order, using the traditional screen printing method, channelling the ink through the fine screen mesh using a rubber blade aka a Squeegee.

If your bag is printed with a digitally generated image or a litho print then our Design Team will begin by printing your image in reverse onto a specialist, silicone coated paper, which is then transferred by one of our Master Printers onto your eco-bag using a pneumatically driven, industrial heat transfer press.

Quality Control

Unlike other print companies we have a dedicated quality controller for each order which means each item is individually checked and folded before packing. When your order is ready to be packed, our QC department perform a further check before the consignment is dispatched. We also take care to ensure that artwork prints as expected, with a stringent strike off and troubleshooting procedure.

Delivery

We book in the delivery with a range of courier options, dependent on the destination and urgency of your order. As your order is dispatched, our Office Manager will email you a Delivery Note together with the courier tracking number so that you can track the progress of the delivery every step of the way. Deliveries to UK mainland are typically delivered the next day, with morning delivery options also available. Local collection is also an option if you would like to pickup, or arrange your own courier.
