Our latest blog comes courtesy of BIDBI Sales Coordinator, Sarah Giblin. Sarah joined us earlier this year and is responsible for processing our bag orders, organising shipments, and all post-sale support. Here's what she had to say!

I’ve been working at BIDBI for nearly 6 months now. I have made some brilliant and lifelong friends. This is one of the best things about working here – I get to see my friends everyday. It also makes the office a great place to work as we are always bouncing off each other and always on hand to help each other if we are having an extra busy day. It also gives the office a great friendly atmosphere.

Kathryn one of our fab account manager's left us recently and on her last day we took the opportunity to have a team photo – although Rich our in house designer doesn't look too pleased about it!

It is exactly the same in production. Recently one of our printers in production Blain decided to take on the ALS Ice bucket nomination. It's for a great cause and helps raise awareness.

He nominated our MD designate and Talented Co-ordinator Steve Morrisroe and John Tann…who are yet to complete the challenge!

We are currently in the process in completing a huge order for Waterstone's, at one of our busiest times of the year this really does rely on great teamwork.

This order from start to finish will take about 3 weeks to complete printing and the lads are doing a brilliant job to ensure it is completed on time.

My job as the sales co-ordinator role for BIDBI is to ensure the orders run as smoothly as they can from start to finish, I love seeing a complete order and seeing all the different designs customer's send in.

I am on holiday in Cornwall next week and hoping for some sunshine, I will definitely enjoy relaxing after a busy few months at BIDBI.
