Hello! My name's Hannah and I’m the newest addition to the BIDBI team. I’m completing my placement year from Sheffield Hallam University here, and my role is to assist Finance Manager Chris with the accounts, as well as making sure everything runs smoothly within the office (i.e. making sure everyone has a cup of tea/coffee in their hand!)

It certainly feels as though I have been here a lot longer than four weeks, as I have joined at one of BIDBI’s busiest periods to date! It was quite a performance unpacking and displaying almost 1000 bags between us, but we managed it and everyone loved them! There was lots going on at the market, including a choir, morris dancers and a bouncy castle, (which I had to drag Kathryn from on numerous occasions!) My personal highlight was buying a burger from the Whirlow Farm stall and in my excitement splattering bright yellow mustard across my top, of which I had to continue the day smelling of! I should have been wearing my ‘I Heart Nether Edge' apron...
